Enrollment Privacy

The family registration form collects parent/guardian name, email and phone number; student name and age; tuition preference; uniform and lapa sizes; and optional sizing notes for application review and materials planning. Do not enter medical information, identity documents, or payment card details. Submission does not constitute acceptance or payment.

Access should be limited to authorized admissions personnel. Information should be transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database, with retention and deletion procedures established before launch. Family registration submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to the DBCOPA administrative email account. A submission acknowledgment may be sent to the guardian email supplied. Formspree may store submission records depending on account settings. Do not include medical details, identity documents, or payment card information.
